Bare rear could cost ABC $1.4 million - Yahoo! News

The FCC is trying to fine ABC 1.4 million dollars for airing a woman's butt on NYPD Blue five years ago. If ABC is looking at that big of a fine what in the world is C-Span going to be liable for when they show the U.S. Senate everyday?

If it is the episode I remember it was Charlotte Ross's butt that is the reason they are being fined. She was the good looking blonde that was married to Andy in the final season's. I could understand if it was Dennis Franz 's (Andy) butt but why hers? In the FCC ruling they discounted ABC's contention that the buttocks is not a sexual organ therefore it could be shown on prime time television.

Okay, I am not saying anything but facts here;
Jimmy Smits showed butt....no fine
Davis Caruso...showed butt...no fine
Dennis Franz showed butt....no fine
Charlotte Ross showed butt....big fine
FCC ruled against butt - not being sexual organ
