She is also noted for her good looks. In 2001, Arrington was voted the sexiest sportscaster by Playboy. She was ranked #48 on the Maxim Hot 100 Women of 2002 and #70 on the FHM 100 Sexiest Women of 2003.

She has been featured in commercials for Coors beer, and played Deion Sanders' wife in Nike's "Briscoe High" commercials.

During an interview with University of Georgia coach Mark Richt in 2002, Arrington pronounced Georgia defensive end David Pollack's last name (pronounced POL-ak) as if it were a slur directed at the Polish. It was hilarious. Critics have often cited the incident as an example that sideline reporting adds little to games.

She is the daughter of Mary Jane Odum and former Philadelphia Eagles quarterback Rick Arrington, and resides in Beverly Hills, California. She's also the aunt of Dakota and Elle Fanning.
